iOS 18.4 bugs
This is not an easy app to design. The developers haven’t done a bad job here. I’ve seen both the Customer end (Carers) and the Client end (Patient and family) and given the task complexity it’s relatively well laid out. It’s not the easiest to understand on the client side and some work should be done on that- happy patients and families make the Care Companies lives easier after all.
My biggest gripe would be the inability for the patient/family to record anything to the main record eg urine output/Bowel movement/ high temperature/ Hypo etc Nor to be able to see what was recorded against these on a care visit readily as this would greatly assist handovers- these situations are mostly a shared endeavour between family and the carers!
There is a bug in messaging on iOS 18.4 rendering the messaging platform unusable. Update please!!

Password login still an issue
I can see old negative reviews for which most complaints appear to have been fixed. But why do you still have to log in with a password every time? Implement fingerprint recognition please.
Useful but a pain
Clever idea but would be better if we could remain signed in for 24 hours at least.

Works, but very basic. No frills
I use this app to keep an eye on my Mum’s care, it’s good to know what time her carer came and to read the notes. The app works but the pull down to update does nothing. You need to close and log in to the app every time you want to use it. To make it more annoying, there’s no fingerprint or Face ID so the password is needed.

App waste of time
I have just downloaded this App to view my mums care record as I am not happy with the record keeping of the carers and after signing up and registering my location it keeps telling me that the QR code has failed as it does not recognise my location. The care agency won’t email or print a copy for me and says I have to use the App. I’ve told them it fails so I’m now unable to view my mums care. A complete waste of time and not worth downloading.

Utter rubbish
Freezes and denies access constantly not what you need when trying to deal with a sick patient : back to a hand written record
Not working well
Rubbish, sold a service that comes with monthly fee not with it but no option to shop around. App keeps freezing only solution seems to be to uninstall and re install it. Spoke to support at Pass and they suggested I uninstall and reinstall. Doing that 4 times a day if I want to check notes after every visit!
The company that provides my mums care told me after I tried opening conversation and leaving notes that they do not monitor the system so it is not possible to communicate with them. But even if I could read the carers notes after their visits it might seem worth the money but currently it’s useless.

Constantly Freezes / Crashes
I have to switch my iPhone off and back on again to see the notes for each visit as it freezes each time when either updating or logging out. This is by far the worst app I’ve experienced for carers notes!

Hate this app so much it never keeps you logged in you have to always log in every time why the hell they haven’t put a reamber me option I don’t know ugh

Waste of time freezes
Can’t install on my iPhone despite 4 attempts as it freezes on the log onscreen, what a waste of time.. developers, get it fit for purpose
Awful app
This is a really bad app. It doesn’t remember your password and you can’t use finger print/facial recognition. There’s information you can’t see so still have to login on a web browser to see that information (there’s also information you can see on the app that you can’t see on the web browser). So I have to login to both the app and web browser to get a full picture. Doesn’t show the latest visits unless you go out and back in again. Doesn’t show live visits either - you only see them after they’ve finished. It’s so pathetic for such a big company, they should be embarrassed for releasing such rubbish.

Poor implementation of a good idea
Developers need to look at link between app and web site... set up app and close secure password generation but app didn’t like it then asked me to scan QR code which I already had... if you generate a secure pass word on app then how are you supposed to then use web site... changed password now site is asking me to go through 24/7 access in a different way from app... very badly implemented.

Frustrated Carer
The worst app I have encountered. I wouldn’t give it a star but it was required to be able to write my comment. I have been trying to gain access as a carer for months to no avail. How can this company be allowed to sell software packages that don’t work.
Keeps freezing
I was advised to download this app from my mother in laws care provider. Every time I refresh the page it freezes and I have to delete the app and download it again to see any updates . Please fix the bug. Very annoying !
OpenPASS App
I am unable to download and access this app onto my iPad? I have tried various options given to me but still on my iPad it will not work. It does not even give me the option in the App Store to download and I had to do it through my safari app. I wondered if this was the reason I am having problems?

Works ok...
This app is ok, but would be better if it allowed the user to select how much detail they wanted to see. Also, the app doesn’t remember my password, which is a pain.
Don’t forget your password
This app was brilliant until I forgot my password. Haven’t been able to access records in over a month now as the password reset function doesn’t work and despite numerous attempts with the help of customer support it still won’t work. Not impressed.
Frustrating
Great to read notes when in my dads home. Requested 24/7 access away from the home but this has never happened and no one at the care company seems to know anything about it. If anyone knows how to get this please let me know.
Getting better
Initially frustrated with access issues. The app has been better over the last few weeks. Everything there at a glance!
