Unable to proceed beyond the step where I enter my phone number! Can’t scroll to see next button

I just installed the app, created an account through Apple and now I am on the screen asking for my phone number and there’s a toggle for receiving marketing emails. I filled in my phone number but there’s no clear way to close the numbers keyboard. I assume there’s a continue or next button below all of this but I cannot get to it. iPhone SE model MMXA3LL/A iOS 26.6.

Hundreds of points disappeared

I have been using this app for years and tried to accumulate hundreds and hundreds of points never cashed in. And then for some reason those hundreds of points disappeared. Tried to get help, but was impossible.
