Impossible to Use Rewards
I absolutely hate OpenTable. I think their rewards program is a scam. We’ve tried to use our earned rewards multiple times, and it never works. We follow all the instructions and have wasted so much time on this that it’s almost to the point that I don’t even want to make a reservation at a restaurant that uses them. Either don’t have a rewards program or have one that actually works.

I can always find a table at the restaurant that I am looking for and I can normally find a time that will work for me. I work odd hours longs. So not always up at a good time to call or in place to be able to call. The app makes it easy and I can schedule when I have the time to.
