User reviews

Lazy developers or business

Not sure who’s to blame but this app stinks.

It’s boxes don’t function well with touch screens.

The whole thing seems like a little kid made it for his third grade project.

I think this company went with a cheap low bid developer.

The ux and ui need massive, massive improvements.

Slow

So slow. Same for desktop app.

App Crashes Frequently

The app crashes often for me. I’m unable to get it to load at all. I have to uninstall and reinstall in order to use the app again

Decent but needs some work

The purpose of the app is to make issuing or receiving inventory easy by making use of the barcode scanner. If you are not using barcodes typing in text is inefficient for cycle counting. Recommend having an option to show a supply room part list so that a user can start at the top of the list and work there way down typing in all of the cycle counts and expiration dates.

Service desk should allow you to start a new request.

Issue inventory shows the word pick list but there is no list every shown. All parts should show upon when pressing pick list.

It stands to reason that a basic inventory query/report should also be available. For example if you wanted to see all the gear issued to a particular crew member, you could run a quick report to see what is left to issue.

App continues to crash on links

A ytime we click on an asset in the asset management section or check in/ out section the app crashes. This occurs on both iPhone and ipads.
