OPN

OPN is an innovative self-assessment questionnaire and workforce management platform that helps enterprise organizations manage and track compliance with procedures and/or regulatory requirements (e.g. point of entry screening, security screening, fit-for-duty screening, health and safety screening, liability waivers, procedural/regulatory attestations, etc.) Enterprise users can develop their own custom screening questionnaires which are hosted on OPN’s easy-to-use mobile platform. They can then invite their user groups (e.g. employees, visitors, customers) to download our app and complete their custom-questionnaires on an as-needed basis (e.g. a lab worker may complete a health check prior to entering a restricted lab or a pilot may complete a fit-for-duty check prior to starting their shift). OPN uses a easy-to-understand badging system to determine if the user passes or fails the screening questionnaire. Green is pass and yellow is fail. If a user passes the organization’s questionnaire, the user may proceed with their activity as planned. If a user fails the screening questionnaire, they will be directed to contact their enterprise administrator to discuss next steps (based on the client’s procedures). OPN is designed to be industry agnostic, and can be configured for use by all types of industries and verticals.
