This is the best Meditation App out there
I have tried many meditation apps over the years, but this one is hands down the best. With its frequency and binaural beats added to beautiful music it calms my ADHD mind bringing me back to a relaxed, or more purposeful self, depending on what ‘journey’ I take.
My favourite to start the day is ‘Sunrising’… just gives me the boost and joy I need to start my day.

Relax
This OPO app is a great way to relax and unwind. I keep sharing it with my friends, especially those who can’t sleep at night. It’s brilliant!
Nothing on Homepage
I recently downloaded this app and the Homepage remains blank with nothing on it. Seems like a pretty major problem as I don’t know how to use the app without this information.
I struggle with anxiety - on the days I do OPO I feel a huge sense of relief
My anxiety is physical, I feel I can’t breathe, I get stomach aches a generally feel lethargic. OPO and particular the narrator’s voice / via the guided meditation fills me with sense of calm so I can face the busy day ahead and / or restful sleep. Really enjoying the home sessions. I would recommend this app to all.

A wonder!
Best meditation app I have seen. A beautiful innovation based on solid science of sound and what a wonderful idea to create portals around the world that help us switch off and connect, specially in the cities but also to be present and appreciate nature.
Original, elegant, very good voice and music
An exquisite app for meditation. The voice in the guided meditations could not be better. The music is some of the best I’ve encountered in any meditation app, bar none - (I actually play it just to listen to it sometimes) And incredibly there’s the whole experience of arriving to an actual place and having a curated meditation geo-activate in the app which invites you to meditate on the spot as you take in your surroundings. I absolutely love it. Deep bow to the creators, it’s totally original and beautifully executed. 🙏🏼
