Scam renewals
They would renew your membership and charge you without even asking or any notification. They already mentioned on first call they will explicitly ask for renewal and won't renew without my approval. Customer care won't refund you at all and you are stuck with a membership you don't want. Very bad experience. Do not recommend.

I pay £100 odd pound a year for prime. Try and book a holiday and page keeps saying search needs refreshing when I’m trying to out my passenger details in. Then when it finally work I get to the pay section and ironically I get a pop up that the price has increased by £8….. really discusting

You speak with 5-6 people, speak… try to… as there’s a language barrier so you struggle… and than no one sorts out your problem, I will and advise you to stay away fron opodo as if any issues show up, none of that will be sorted in time. Just save your time and buy / book via other sites.

PRIME Ryanair - danger!
Dreadful experience. Avoid Opodo Prime. Saw a Ryanair flight cheaper on an introductory PRIME offer. Then was unable to verify it with Ryanair - despite hours on phone. Ryanair are suing them to stop this. Do not use to but Ryanair flights. Opodo would not refund me so I may have lost my money. Possible bug on new update

Opodo is a tricky company, they do some service to you and make you a prime member without asking you and try to change a ridiculous amount for this membership
Terrible app, awful company
I froze a return ticket to Japan and paid £20 for the service. The next day I went online to buy the ticket and it can only be done from the app. Logging into the app was a nightmare, with endless “an error has occurred” messsges and endless spinning wheels that go on forever. When I finally managed to log in, the ticket that I had paid to freeze was gone and there was a message saying that I will be refunded in ten days. I had told my girlfriend that I had a ticket and Opodo’s lack of professionalism and all round sloppiness is causing me disappointment and embarrassment. Don’t use this company, it’s awful.

Dishonest do not use this app
I have used this app for 12 months I recently had to cancel a set of flights to Toulouse and was expecting to get a refund as the app says to get to cancel two flight a year and get a full refund. I did not get a refund on further investigation I was charged 200 pounds plus for a premium service for these flights and then found out that Opodo booked the cheepest none refundable flight. The totals flight cost was 1200 pounds and I am not getting a refund. DO NOT USE THIS APP they are cheats and dishonest.

Want to cancel the prime

I am not using the app and have deleted opodo prime but it keeps charging me money every time I search a flight on browser. The app does not have any option to close account or contact anyone who could stop it. The app is basically there to charge you every time you will use search engine sky scanner to search for flight

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Opodo.
When I booked my flights, I was offered a “no questions asked” refund option for approximately £7.50 per passenger per flight, with the promise of up to an 80% refund if I needed to cancel. This was a significant factor in my decision to purchase the booking and the additional protection.
However, after cancelling my Opodo Prime subscription, I was informed that this refund benefit was no longer available. At no point during the booking process was it made clear that eligibility for the refund depended on maintaining an active Prime subscription. Had this condition been clearly disclosed, I would have made a different purchasing decision.
It is unacceptable for a benefit that was sold as part of a flight booking to be withdrawn later due to the cancellation of a separate subscription service, especially when that dependency was not clearly stated in the contract or purchase terms presented at the time of booking.
If the refund protection is no longer valid because I cancelled Prime, then I expect a full refund of the fees I paid for that protection, as I was sold a product that I can no longer use.
This feels misleading and raises serious concerns about transparency and consumer fairness. I would urge anyone considering these add-on services to carefully review the terms and conditions before purchasing.

Don’t use, don’t buy prime
Unfortunately I got charged from a year of prime before the date of the cancellation of free trial, they charged me £100 for benefits you will never see, when I requested a refund they convinced me with a €90 coupons for flights but they never said it had to be over €300 and that it’s actually a fake code because I can’t never buy a flight even if it is €500. The customer services is rude and basically useless as they keep blaming your phone, your bank, your internet just to not provide a solution or fix their bugs
