We were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived. Great room, clean, very comfortable beds. Great pool with lots of sun beds and shade should you want it. Right on the beach with plenty of sun beds and the wonderfully warm sea. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you.
Lovely rooms in the centre but hidden away to feel authentic
Great location, decent size room with good modern bathroom, lots of privacy. The staff at the hotel reception where you have to check-in and check out was very nice and accommodating . The only issue - it really wasn’t clear what phone number to call or text for check-in, I had to spend some time and effort to call and Google. Should be much clearer so easier when travelling and arriving.

Terrible company avoid
Avoid prime membership it’s a scam go direct. Customer service is shocking and the don’t refund your money when the airline cancels your flight.

The worst option for traveling! They charge you for Prime services without permission. Do not leave any card details here and use other providers instead of them! They are terrible.

Opodo l was at the airport earlier than2 hours but had to pay 50 for boarding pass as you couldn’t check me in and sent a message as l was on way to airport we were over booked but 11 people so was bumped off and not able to fly next available plane to cork 7.20 in morning from Stansted so had to get taxi to make it as no trains £80.00 not only was it stressful disappointing had one day with my friends missed the event but it cost a lot extra back from Gatwick wasted time no one to answer any question and Opodo did not answer the questions dreadful

Prices are almost always cheaper when you book directly with the airline or hotel than through Opodo. You’re paying more alongside a membership fee, yet they can’t explain why their prices are higher than booking directly. It feels like an absolute scam.
Higher prices
This app used to offer flight prices that justified the premium membership, but not anymore. The app also really pushes itself as the best for hotel prices but it falls short of the competition for that.
Opodo are horrific
Made a mistake on our.booking. Didn’t care. Left me stranded in Dublin.

When open the app have an ad, after the app open comes another ad, after go to "my trips" another ad, go see your flligh another ad, before make the check-in another ad, go to "flight essentials - your bags" another ad, what is happening with this app? After download the app have hundres of cookies to accept/decline, but why so many vendors, what is this app doing with all this private data is collecting?

Abonnement frauduleux
Je n’ai jamais voulu m’abonner et le système opodo m’a quand même débité 100 euros automatiquement, sans que je réalise à aucun moment que j’étais en train de m’inscrire. Bien sûr ensuite, il n’y a aucun service à la clientèle.
Vacances en famille
Très bon séjour au Geisum ! Pour le prix que j’ai payé, les prestations sont vraiment très satisfaisantes. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, les pieds dans l’eau, avec une belle plage et une piscine immense qui est clairement l’un des points forts de l’établissement.
Tout le personnel est très accueillant, à l’écoute, serviable et toujours aux petits soins. Une mention spéciale aux équipes de la piscine et de la plage, qui s’occupent de l’installation des transats avec beaucoup de gentillesse.
Un grand merci également à la personne qui s’occupe de la chambre. Le ménage est très bien fait chaque jour, et les décorations réalisées avec les serviettes sur le lit apportent une touche très sympathique qui fait toujours plaisir en rentrant dans la chambre.
Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il faut garder à l’esprit qu’il s’agit d’un buffet à l’égyptienne et non d’un buffet continental européen. Vous y trouverez notamment des falafels préparés à la demande, des omelettes, des crêpes, des viennoiseries, des fruits, des légumes, des fromages… C’est varié et largement suffisant pour bien commencer la journée.
L’hôtel est certes un peu vieillissant, mais il est propre, bien entretenu et la literie est confortable, ce qui est l’essentiel pour passer de bonnes vacances.
Au final, c’est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Si vous recherchez un hôtel de luxe ultra-moderne, ce n’est peut-être pas le bon choix. En revanche, si vous voulez un établissement propre, bien situé, avec une belle piscine, une plage agréable et un personnel attentionné, je le recommande sans hésiter.

Scam renewals
They would renew your membership and charge you without even asking or any notification. They already mentioned on first call they will explicitly ask for renewal and won't renew without my approval. Customer care won't refund you at all and you are stuck with a membership you don't want. Very bad experience. Do not recommend.
