Terrible communication wrongful ban from missions
Had a mission with them 5:30 I received messages the day of at 11am prompting me to join WhatsApp convo so I can communicate with them I was sent this link after the interview and I downloaded WhatsApp but the number I had attached wasn’t correct so I never received a invite before or messages from them. I fix that issue change the number. It’s 12:30 the shift doesn’t start until 5:30 I received a message from them telling me I cannot work missions any longer because they tried to reach out to me and I didn’t respond to them. Mind you they texted me outside of business hours at 8:30-9pm I responded the next day as soon as I awoke. Just wanted to get full details or the shift before I confirmed. Before I could even do that they disabled me from seeing missions and did not even give me the chance to work the mission at 5:30 AND ALSO never communicated back to me and left me hanging when things were still not clear. If you are going to try and work with these people be cautious and understand that they don’t care about you. You are just another number to them they terminated my account before I ever even got the chance to work a shift. On top of all of this they TRACK YOUR BACKGROUND LOCATION EVEN WHEN YOU ARENT WORKING OR USING THE APP

Just when I heard about this on instagram and thought it was a good idea to make some extra cash…I was about to download the app but the impact from the reviews hit me hard and I opened up my eyes to realize that this company was a trap, waste of time and energy - scam ! Thank you all…

Huge Scam
Me and my boyfriend worked our asses off all summer and never got paid, then they suspended our accounts and quicked us out of the team member’s WhatsApp group chat for absolutely no reason.
Talked about it and discovered many people went trough the same scam. A friend was supposed to get 5000$ as he took all the shifts available and distributed thousands of flyers FOR NOTHING !!!

Unpaid wages
I have worked 16 missions and distributed 6,400 flyers for this company, but they refuse to pay full wages. I have not been paid $252 so far out of the money that has been earned. One of the companies employees, Hector claims the money will not be paid.

They did pay me and the advice I can give to people working this gig app is to make sure that they pay you or block up all their social medias.
DO NOT DO THIS GIG
I’ve had issues with this app from the app itself, to its policies, to its field managers. But my main concern right now is the blatant theft and fraud this company is pulling on folks who get lured into the offer of high paying sidegig, When they disable a person’s account thus restricting their access for any reason, it is illegal. The pay stubs are on there and needed for tax filing, I have a right to have access to my earnings report…they don’t send that information to the user upon blocking them from logging in. They also owe me $150 or so and it was to be in my account already because I have early deposits. Right before their scheduled pay date they block users, there’s zero company support, no in app support, their fliers litter my city because they have us hand it to just anyone despite the clients direction of it being no tourists. And other BAs double stack handouts of the fliers which people literally throw on the ground… All of that work I’ve done is gone and I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t pay me for it. I’ve already emailed several times asking if they’ve properly updated my bank info from my old one, ZERO RESPONSE. This company is going to get sued by someone because they’re messing with our time and labor.

Maybe I just had a bad experience, but I do not recommend this company first off on the app you have to use it requires you to always have your location settings on meaning they know where you are whether you’re working or not I have no problem having it on a little before and while I’m working but that’s just creepy to always want to know where you’re at. Second, I never got the app ready to use because I was unwilling to have locations on all the time yet They were emailing texting and calling me this morning about omission that I never even signed up for then told me I was a bad fit. Good luck hopefully your experience will be better than mine or better yet stay away from these people

Fraudulent app
You register, they take all your data, you waste time taking the course, and the app never gets back to you. I've been waiting for 2 months and they keep telling me to wait "2-3 business days." Don't waste your time.
