Incompatible with Wi-Fi
I’ve had my OPTE for about a year and I love it, but I have never been able to get it to connect to the app. I’ve tried multiple times and even contacted customer support. I followed all the steps they gave me but it still wouldn’t connect. They essentially told me it’s my Wi-Fi that’s the problem but all my other devices connect just fine. It’s very frustrating because the app is the only way to track usage and get rewards.

App worked and then suddenly it doesn’t
Used the app for a week before the app completely failed. It tracked the daily use and then suddenly all the data stored is gone. Hit the first milestone but never received the reward email to claim the reward so the reward system is a lie. OPTE has no business in creating apps.
