Thank you for your feedback on the app. Optery works on both major and smaller data broker sites since even lesser-known sites can contribute to the spread of personal information across the data broker ecosystem. That said, we understand your expectation to see faster progress on the more visible sites first. Some brokers complete removals quickly, while others can take longer and require repeated follow-ups before removals are finalized or stay down permanently. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your account and the specific profiles you’re referring to, and we will prioritize your case for further review. Thank you for taking the time to share this — and we're truly sorry for the experience you've had. The results you've described are not what we want for any of our customers. Some data brokers do require multiple removal cycles and some are not included in our standard coverage. Please contact us directly at support@optery.com.
