Hi, thanks for sharing this and for your patience over the past six months. We hear you on the spam. Just to clarify: Optery removes your info from data broker and people search sites, which can reduce spam over time. But if the spam is coming from a source outside our coverage, we won't be able to stop that specific source, we can only act on the brokers we track. Check out https://www.optery.com/reducing-spam-texts-and-calls/ for extra tips on cutting down spam beyond removals. Feel free to reach out to support@optery.com if you need more details..
Not forthcoming in limitations
Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback. Our Ultimate Plan includes Custom Removals, which allows our team to submit best-effort removal requests for certain data brokers that are not part of our standard coverage. Custom Removals do have some limitations, including eligibility and timing requirements, since each request needs to be reviewed and may depend on the specific website involved. You can learn more about how Custom Removals work here: https://help.optery.com/en/article/ultimate-plan-offers-best-effort-removals-for-unsupported-data-brokers-through-custom-removals-requests-lchi5e/ We appreciate the feedback and will continue looking for ways to make these limitations clearer.
Thank you!!
