Not dependable

At times it’s impossible to sign on! The app is not always the easiest to use, can be quite frustrating most of the time. It’s almost impossible to speak to a human at Outback.
This is our second Outback system, I used to brag about their customer service. How I loved Outback. Now I wouldn’t recommend Outback to my worst enemy!

No work if google sign in

I did a quick sign in and set up with optics RE through Google and now I do not have a password to use the app the app will not work without a password and does not connect to Google poorly thought out as usual for outback
