Optimum DVR is pretty poor
The control buttons have a three second delay. It only records up to a weekend in advance. You can’t set up for shows until they’re actually on air.
And it’s only $10 a month for 25 hours of storage

Telephone service
I recently transferred telephone service from T-Mobile to Optimum.
I have been and,still unable to send certain text messages to individuals.
Consequently, I am considering going to another telephone service.
Already called your customer service and they are unable to detect the problem. Also, made a trip to an Optimum location and they have no idea how to fix it.

I miss some functions
I can’t understand why they took away the ability to control my cable boxes. I used to use the app to change channels and control the DVR. It makes no sense. They brought the ability back and now I lost it again!!!!

The channel guide feature is nearly impossible to use. You have to keep scrolling to see upcoming days. There is no way to select a specific day and time. The search feature loads backwards. It loads the dates furthest out first then you have keep scrolling to find the most recent date. The soonest episodes should be loading first! Practically unusable. Now you removed the remote feature with no warning too!

Im very forgetful especially when I remember after I left for work and I finally remembered to record my favorite shows and that’s where this app helps me big time!!
This app is cr*p
I have had this app for over three years and have gotten in touch with Optimum more times than I care to count. This app does not notify you of Reminders and that is the main reason that I downloaded this app. It is absolutely useless and I have since gone to a different app that gives me the reminders that I’m looking for. Optimum should be ashamed of themselves with what they charge for their service and their lack of support.

This app just stopped working on my iPhone. Says home network disconnected. Tried all the fixes but still will not connect to my home network. Customer service is horrible, but my bill keeps increasing. Fix it!!

Where is mirroring? Used everyday. Retired made my life easier. Not now
