This app is so helpful!
Im very forgetful especially when I remember after I left for work and I finally remembered to record my favorite shows and that’s where this app helps me big time!!
This app is cr*p
I have had this app for over three years and have gotten in touch with Optimum more times than I care to count. This app does not notify you of Reminders and that is the main reason that I downloaded this app. It is absolutely useless and I have since gone to a different app that gives me the reminders that I’m looking for. Optimum should be ashamed of themselves with what they charge for their service and their lack of support.

Where’s the Remote control feature
The remote control feature is gone ?

This app just stopped working on my iPhone. Says home network disconnected. Tried all the fixes but still will not connect to my home network. Customer service is horrible, but my bill keeps increasing. Fix it!!

Where is mirroring? Used everyday. Retired made my life easier. Not now
I miss some functions
I can’t understand why they took away the ability to control my cable boxes. I used to use the app to change channels and control the DVR. It makes no sense.
Streaming is horrible.
Sometimes it just stops and I have to restart and episode from the beginning. Other times the picture is wavy or unclear.
Why??
They took away the app remote which was the best feature, can we get it back?
Removed Remote Control
They removed the ability to use the remote control for the tv in every room. My father is hard of hearing and when want to sleep I would turn off the tv from the remote in the app for his cable box. Now I have take it out of his hand or move him to find it, both will wake him up
Useless without remote feature
They took away the remote feature and thus the app is now completely useless
App Needs a macOS Version
The title says it all. The app works just fine on my iPhone and iPads. But it would be really useful if there was a version that would work on Mac desktops and laptops. I would use it quite a bit on a MacBook Pro. I’m sure there are others who feel similarly.
optimum app
Useless cause can only be used on home wifi network, with extreme cost of Optimum users should be able to access all channels on any device whether on home wifi or any other means of connecting to internet.
Bring back the remote
I don’t understand why the remote control was removed from the app. This wasn’t a great app to begin with and the removal of the remote makes it much worse.

Thanks for removing the only useful part of this app. I used it from time to time when my remote went missing. I wish we had other options other than optimum in my town, I’d have gotten rid of you a long time ago.
