Absolute Disaster
My company switched insurance starting in January so I’ve been arguing with this group from day one. Completely missed my arthritis meds the first two months and trying to refill every month is a complete disaster. It takes multiple calls and it gets stretched later and later every D&@N time.

The worst ever for Repatha
They are the worst pharmacy for Repatha…. I am missing my dosages that cardiologist prescribed for me because of them. They are completely unethical and unprofessional.

Not working since IOS 26 update. App freeze immediately after opening.
Complete Lack Of Consistency
I have never had the same experience with this app, for the years and years I’ve been forced to use it. Frequently, it doesn’t even provide me a login portal. When it does, Face ID will fail, and I’ll have to go to the website to log in. Occasionally, when going there, it does not recognize my username, and I end up calling to place a refill. This is beyond frustrating, especially being on a monthly medication that I cannot be late on.

Does this app ever actually work?
I’ve gotten this app to work once since I’ve had it. Every other time it’s unable to display any information. It just displays error messages. Super frustrating.
Glitchy
Takes 10+ minutes to just get a profile/passwords straight and then it works on app…. And not on website. Poor/incorrect handling of phone number edits. One was totally bogus. So?that number wasn’t in there last month…. Waste of time.

Pathetic
When it does work, accessing account data differs from accessing account data via web browser … after upgrading app, it crashes on startup on both iPad and iPhone.
