When i try to load from bank it freezes sometimes and also the scanner isn’t opening

App crash
First with UI/UX was perfect but after the setup was completed app crashes, I retired login it got crashed again. Is it only for opening accounts… before deploying for customer this should be tested throughout the device at least latest 5 devices version. FYI Iam using the App in iPhone 12
