Bold Titles Specifics

The bold title (subject) page description doesn’t display on iPhone screen, it gets cut off forcing user to open the linked page to read what the complete title is about. With various pages having similar title name beginnings and the specifics being cutoff, they all look the same until you open the page for that title, so it’s easy to get lost on which title has been opened already. Hard to explain but in short the user interface for the iPhone is not great.

Thanks for your suggestion! We've changed the Tickets view so that the ticket title is no longer cut off - it will display the full title now. This change can be found in version 5.4.19, which was released today.

NNPS integrated the use of Orange QC about 1 year ago. The first few months we concentrated on training. This year we are completing QC inspections at more than 53 buildings/schools for K-12, Admin and Support. We can already see a noticeable difference in the quality as deficiencies are caught early and corrections made before areas become extreme. I would recommend adding Orange QC if you desire quality results in cleanliness, safety and healthiness in your cleaning program.

Inspection uploading issues.

I try to upload inspections and it’ll start to upload then switches to pending without giving a reason why it won’t upload. Will try multiple times and can’t get it to upload.

We recently updated the app and if you download the latest version (v3.7.4) you'll no longer see any resolved tickets in your inbox. The latest version also has a new feature which displays a green checkmark after you submit an inspection or complete an area. We're always trying to improve OrangeQC and we look forward to hearing more about what you think.
