The app can’t show correctly current situation of door is opening or closed after updating.
Bad App
I hope the opener works better than this app. It freezes up every time I try entering the emailed verification code.
Doesn't function, terrible design and infrastructure
Awful app. Doesn't work, glitches, not updated, list goes on. Makes me want to return my opener.
Bare bones
Opens and closes the door very well.
There are “light on” and “light off” buttons. You can’t tell if the light is on or off. A single toggle indicating which is true at the moment would be better.
I wish there was an option to notify me if the garage has been open for a certain length of time in case it’s forgotten about.
Apple HomeKit integration would be nice.

Garbage app, useless support
This app just isn’t bad, it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. Support is useless, it’s almost as if it’s being run out of a kindergarten class. Wifi connectivity is essential for a garage door opener, would have bought something else.

Not reliable
Not reliable at all, the opener keeps getting disconnected from the wifi. Just keep your opener handy.
Garbage app
Will not connect. Tried multiple times and kept saying no device detected.
Can’t register
Type in the email verification code but no way to get to the next screen. Absolutely broken and garbage. If I didn’t already have the door openers installed I’d return to Costco. Support has been useless
The 3.0 doesn’t exist.
Where is the ver3.0? It works but no way to setup with Siri.
Barely functional
The app regularly sends door open and close push messages with hours of delay. It’ll be fine for a month, and then suddenly you get a door open message in the middle of the night, even though the door is closed. The push messages was just delayed by 8 hours or so. Another thing I’ve seen is that the door opens on it’s own for 1 foot, and then closes again. I know this because i have a camera aimed at the door to be able to check what is going on in the garage because this app is so unreliable.

No longer works
App opens but you can't control anything. Stopped working after iPhone update so maybe eventually they will get around to a fix. Apps a brick!

Disappointed
Recently replaced my garage door opener. I purchased wifi connectivity. You can not schedule a closing time. I had MQ with my 23 yr old opener and had scheduled a closing time and thought I would be able to have this option but unfortunately not
Need help
When I open the app it’s showing that my garage door are partially are open when they’re in fact close. I tried everything to fix it but without success. I restarted my phones, I deleted the Orbit app and reinstalled it but nothing is changed. It should be an easy way to fix this issue.
App Support is Awful
As much as I like the atrial garage door opener, the technological support and app functions are poor at best. I haven’t been able to actually open or close my garage from the app in two months, which is the main reason I purchased this garage door opener. It constantly won’t connect, won’t allow me to share with other family members (even though that function exists), and again doesn’t do the main things it is intended to do. Someone needs to spend some time investing in the app to please customers and do what it’s intended to do.
