Alerts come late, becomes unresponsive a lot of time
Alerts are received hours after opening or closing giving panic attacks.
What’s worse is, after a delayed alert, it then becomes unresponsive and won’t open or close.
After these issues can be addressed, it would also be nice to get notification or be able to schedule auto closing if not closed in a certain amount of time.

iOS 26.6 not compatible
I recently updated my phone to iOS 26.6 and since then the Orbit app is not opening or closing my garage doors. However, I am still receiving open/close notifications when the doors are opened or closed via other methods.
Terrible customer service
App does not function properly. After most recent app update it will not operate my garage door. Skylink customer service has sent me 2 different WiFi adapters- apparently that is all they know to do for the app
App stopped working
Not very happy with this stopped working garage door no use having out something that doesn’t work
Absolute rubbish
Wouldn’t buy this garage opener again. The app is so hit and miss and is constantly playing up. Save yourself the money and get a different opener!!!
What happened?
This app has been working great for 5 years or so. Updated last week and now neither garage door functions with the app. Way to go. Hope you fix it soon.
Needs more features
I wish there was an option to alert if the garage door was left open for a period of time or after a certain hour of the night.
May/03 update has issue now
The app can’t show correctly current situation of door is opening or closed after updating.
Bad App
I hope the opener works better than this app. It freezes up every time I try entering the emailed verification code.
Doesn't function, terrible design and infrastructure
Awful app. Doesn't work, glitches, not updated, list goes on. Makes me want to return my opener.
Bare bones
Opens and closes the door very well.
There are “light on” and “light off” buttons. You can’t tell if the light is on or off. A single toggle indicating which is true at the moment would be better.
I wish there was an option to notify me if the garage has been open for a certain length of time in case it’s forgotten about.
Apple HomeKit integration would be nice.

Garbage app, useless support
This app just isn’t bad, it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. Support is useless, it’s almost as if it’s being run out of a kindergarten class. Wifi connectivity is essential for a garage door opener, would have bought something else.

Not reliable at all, the opener keeps getting disconnected from the wifi. Just keep your opener handy.

Will not connect. Tried multiple times and kept saying no device detected.
Can’t register
Type in the email verification code but no way to get to the next screen. Absolutely broken and garbage. If I didn’t already have the door openers installed I’d return to Costco. Support has been useless
The 3.0 doesn’t exist.
Where is the ver3.0? It works but no way to setup with Siri.
