Please compliant with WCAG2 guidelines as soon as possible to help every category of parents since government also bringing the compliance for everyone, please get it done as soon as possible. Why u sufflling every year those students are closed friend and u separate them what the hell is that my child was getting near 90 % now this last year academy he got only 65% only because he get depressed due to his friend where in other section😡😡all of reachers needed a good student so they can get good response from the main branch so they get more impression and also increment

My daughters second home
I find my child’s school to be the best, owing to its strong curriculum and dedicated teachers. And the school’s day care facility is excellent.

No profile switch option available
The app used to have a profile switch option. Now it doesn’t have it. Every time u have to logout and login and it’s very time consuming.

It has come to our notice that the credit card swiping facility for fee payment has been removed without any prior communication to parents. This sudden change has caused inconvenience and confusion, especially for those who rely on this method for planned and traceable payments.
Moreover, we are receiving persistent pressure from the admin team to pay the fees in cash, and at the same time, students are being denied their school books. This approach is both distressing and unfair to the students, as it directly affects their learning experience, regardless of the parent’s mode of payment.
We respectfully request:
• A clarification on why the credit card facility was discontinued without prior notice.
• Immediate reinstatement of digital or alternative convenient payment options.
• Assurance that no student will be denied academic materials such as books due to fee-related issues, especially when no formal notice about the change was shared.
We trust the school leadership will take this matter seriously and guide the admin and ops teams to follow transparent, student-friendly practices going forward.

It’s a good app but I am thinking it has some options which are not needed and it doesn’t have some options which are needed so except that everything is fine and can make us understand what is going on in class or all the homework’s which we need.
Unable to copy text from Homework section and details on assessment tab
Hi,
We should be given permission to copy text from homework tab as currently we have to take screen shot to share which makes it difficult. In old app we were allowed to do so.
Further on assessment tab we do not get to see what is incorrect earlier we were able to see the same.

App needs few more features
In the previous app we can track much more things about the child performance such as PS homework marks given by the teacher, attendance tracking , daily dairy was there etc. hope this app will also update few more useful features
Previous orchids app had more features
Previously we could check if the homework was assessed and marked and also the attendance and other date,month wise options. It had more options and was more easily accessible for everything pls update the features
