Bugs need fixing but helpful

Helpful with the new DSCSA requirements but I always have trouble logging in. It always scans my face for Face ID but stays frozen on log in screen. Have to close out app and reopen several times before being able to get into app. Check frequently for app update but never is one.

Will not load

Have to delete and reinstall every time. Otherwise it is just frozen. Very frustrating

Glitchy

App very glitch for the past 6 months now every morning I have to delete app and reinstall it cause freezes on me. I wish they would fix this issue

Terrible update

Updated and now app wont work. Needed to access to place order

CSOS signing !

Never had a problem with app. Sometimes you have to close app and open app again to allow face scan. Otherwise good job!

Unacceptable

You would think a multi billion dollar company could make an app that would make counting inventory easy. Cardinal please for gods sake hire new app developers to fix the Ui for inventory tracking. I’m willing to fix or change this review if that is done. Thank you developers please read this. Also I noticed that other people are having the same problem as well.

i wish it worked

have to use for work and i have to consistently delete and redownload it just to log into out account to order for the evening. very irritating we hate order express tbh

A truly terrible app

I have to delete and redownload the app multiple times a day to get it to work, it loads forever, so far the longest it took was 45 minutes to log me in. It also has days where you scan a drug and it says that the drug does not exist, however when you scan the medication on the computer it comes up. It is the worst user interface and somehow get even worse with each update

Downgrade

This app is a disappointment. The old Cardinal app with the red logo was much better just needed a few improvements. This new app is terrible. I’m constantly having to uninstall and reinstall it. Barcodes do not scan properly, it is very slow.

Frustrating

I would almost like to give this app zero stars if it were possible. Always issues logging in. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to log in. Then I log in and all of the items that I’m scanning to order are coming up as “item not found”.

Price check

When you log into this program the default is “price check”. I’ve never used this feature because I use this program to order drugs as I’m sure most people do. New hire forgot to check and everything she ordered that morning wasn’t.
This app is absolutely the worse. Constantly fails us, when trying to log in it just spins and spins. I’ve lost tons of orders when it wouldn’t properly download order to Express. Complaints go unheard.

Can search by name?

It appears the new version doesn’t allow one to search simply by typing the products name. Only numbers or scanning a barcode are options…what a disappointment. Either this is a permanent function change or it turned off some sort of setting on my app. Either way, the app just lost like 80% of its functionality for me now that I can’t simply search by name.

Price check

Password and Face ID

Hi guys
Thanks for the work you are doing. It is a very good addition to OrderExpress.
Only issue I have is that the app doesn’t seem to use the FaceID consistently.
When I log in manually the app asks if I want to use the FaceID to save the pass but when I open the app the next time I still have to energy the pass manually and it again repeats the whole process of trying to set up the FaceID.
Not sure what the issue is but should be pretty easy to fix.

Not Useful At All

The latest update from 2/17/22 or version 6.0 made the app worse. After signing in I can’t do anything on the app. It’s like it just freezes and doesn’t respond. When I first got the app in 2019 it worked great but with every update since, it’s gotten worse.

App doesn’t even work.

I would give 0 stars. App hasn’t scanned products for over 3 months. It’s useless to have. Use a computer instead.
