My order took almost a month and a half to arrive, even though the expected delivery time was one month or less. On top of that, they charged extra fees on the product, including customs and additional charges that were not clearly explained. I do not recommend this app because of the long shipping time and unexpected extra costs.

Avoid this app – Hidden fees and terrible support
This app is unreliable. They manipulate product prices and shipping costs—charging me $71 for a $60 item and $72 for shipping a single PS5 game. Their shipping calculations are completely illogical and inconsistent.
The customer support team is unresponsive and confused, often taking an hour to give a vague answer that doesn't solve the problem. Additionally, they charge users based on local black-market exchange rates rather than the official CBI rate. A very unprofessional experience overall.

Money laundering app
The support channels (Telegram/WhatsApp) don’t work, and the phone line is always closed. I have no update on my delivery and no way to reach the company. Very disappointing.

Good idea very bad execution
The idea is good but bad customer service, every step takes days to be done i orderd something they switch it to something else even in the cart and i received the wrong order and i have a proof that they did that i have the screenshot of the initial cart
They cancel an order and they don’t reach out to tell you and bugs so many bugs in the software it feels like its been designed by a child who watched two programming videos on p0rnhub and went to do a UI

There is no sign up option
When for the first time trying orderii i wanted to enter my name and phone number to register in to the App but the only thing i can see it is log in !! If I cannot sign up or register my self first how I suppose to login directly!

Payment deducted but order not completed
I paid 359,000 IQD through FastPay for an order on Orderii, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, the order was never completed, and I have been waiting for over three days with no response from Orderii.
This is very disappointing, and I expect my payment to be refunded immediately.

Once they take ur money they never answer u again
I ordered phone cases and none of them were right!!!and an item was missing and they count those on me i payed for them even though they weren’t right and not in my order!!also it took alot of time to deliver. I don’t recommend.
