I ordered a GLP medication from OrderlyMeds and experienced notable side effects. When I reached out to request a refund due to those side effects, I was told they do not guarantee refunds once medication has been dispensed — and that if I wanted to continue treatment, I would need to place a new order at the current price.
There was no consideration for the fact that I had an adverse reaction to their product. No accountability, no flexibility, no real support.
If you’re considering ordering from them, make sure you understand that once the product ships, you’re on your own — regardless of how your body responds. I will not be returning as a customer, and I strongly encourage others to do their research before purchasing.

Don’t round up!!!!
As someone who is working really hard to see numbers on the scale go down, it’s frustrating that when I enter my weight on the app, I use the exact amount (using decimals) and it rounds. If it’s .5 or more it rounds up. Like excuse me. Don’t round UP! Say what it is. Or at least round down so ya girl feels good about herself. Isn’t that what this is supposed to be doing?

I can’t even get the app to open!
Nope!!!
The app won’t even open to give me option to login. Just shows the Orderlymeds emblem. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled multiple times.. the App Help button just takes me to the website to login to Orderlymeds..no help. I was really hoping the app would be more user friendly then the website

Info disappeared
Im very frustrated with this app. I specifically use notes to record what side of my stomach I inject my medication. It’s there for a little while then disappears. Almost all my injections and weight I recorded have disappeared. I gave it 3 stars as I’m feeling generous today but this app really needs some work.

Awesome Experience!
I love that I can access my patient portal no matter where I’m at right from my phone. The layout of the app is very user friendly and I can find everything I need to manage my healthcare journey with OrderlyMeds.
