Where is the actual Periodic Report for SNAP
I've searched all over the website in the mobile app for the actual periodic report and all I can access are instructions - there is no form to fill out on the mobile app. Why even have the mobile app at all if you can't do what's required on it. I've been searching for 45 minutes trying different things, and then it times out and I have to keep logging in. This has happened five times now. Very frustrating, unfortunately.

Unfortunate
The app is consistently janky and or unusable. Constant crashing, freezing or lagging over and over makes it impossible to view any information whatsoever. Barely ever lets me access my info beyond the login screen. Definitely something that should be worked on considering the necessity of this app.

Doesn’t work on many devices
The app simply doesn’t work on most devices. You might get to a login screen if you’re lucky. Just use a computer browser if you want to avoid throwing your phone in frustration
Buggy app. Buttons won’t even work
After I log in I’m greeted with a screen that thanks me for confirming my identity with a next button on the bottom. The next button doesn’t work and neither does any of the other buttons on the screen. I’ve reset the app multiple times and it still doesn’t work. When resetting the app I have to log back in and the same issue occurs. So I am hard locked when I log in

The app is garbage.
Maybe the worst app I’ve ever used in my life.
One simple complaint. Every period single. Time. I tried to log onto this app it says I’m using the wrong password. Every single time. It’s uncanny. I’ve never had this happen with an app before. But for some reason this app continues to do that. I am pretty frustrated and disappointed that my harder tax money is paying for some developer to create such a poorly designed app. Anyways, if this one thing is fixed it would probably bump my review up to three or maybe four stars. It’s crazy that all of Oregon that needs to use this app is stuck with such a piece of garbage.

Worthless
App does nothing.
Poorly executed Application
This app is so poorly designed that you can only do about half of what you should be able to do using the app before it forces you online to complete the tasks. The log in system is clunky such that people with limited computer skills will have much trouble accessing the app. I would recommend people use a desktop computer to access OREGONONE as they won’t have to use this sad app!

USELESS
Should have read the reviews before installing this app. Absolutely frustrating to say the least. Downloaded the app, signed up for paperless option, clicked to view my benefits and then it just stays on loading mode FOREVER! It’s been over 20 minutes and it’s still loading?! Deleting the app…it was a waste of time.

If ur gonna force people to sign up, and download apps at least optimize them properly. Online website doesn’t even fit in ur screen and app has horrible optimization
What’s the point
I’m so confused. I downloaded the app to renew my OHP because it prompted me to download it and then once I created an account on the app, it says to use its website. Once I’m on the website it pops up with a screen that won’t go away and try’s go direct you to the app. So annoying and unclear. Will have to call in instead

Right after the app updated I got a blank white screen when trying to open the app.

I can’t seem to update the app, I’m being sent here when I click the update now button in the app and I see the 3.0 notes of what was in the update but I can find an option to download said update. I went to my App Store profile and looked at my list of pending app updates to try and do it manually but Oregon One isn’t there. I don’t know if something is wrong or if I’m missing something obvious, please help.

i can’t actually apply for benefits through this app, and the online application is glitchy and will not let me proceed on a browser on my phone. not having access to a computer, it’s inaccessible to apply online in any way. please consider the option of applying via the app, or making your website easier to access on a phone browser.

Garbage like every other state application, program, policy.
Terrible
Way too many clicks just to sign in. It’s unbelievable. Plus you can’t really do anything. I seriously hate this app. Oh and the security is ridiculous. You have to update and change your password every other month. Whoever created this app is an idiot, but then their website is no better either.
Loop loop loop
The main Oregon benefit page tells me I can apply online and sends me to this app. This app says I have to go to https://benefits.oregon.gov. And then the server can’t be found.absolutely ridiculous.

It tells me I need to update the app but it’s a vicious cycle of no results , I might as well beat my head against a brick wall… come on

Can’t open the app, it’s taking me back to the AppStore
