I cannot contact this company through the contact form on their website so a review is my only way of communication to use. My message to them was as follows.

I purchased this app today and regret doing so as it doesn't do most of the things it claims but worse fails to connect to One Drive where I keep many of my files. I've used it less than 24 hours and am requesting a refund as I am already tired of messing with it and see no hope of improvement. Maybe the app works fine for others, but it is not compatible with me. As of now payment for the app is still pending so can you please just cancel the order?
The rave reviews for this app were from 7 years ago, now this is only abandonware and should have been removed from the App Store. What a rip off, $3.99 I’ll never get back.

Perfect tool for 60 and older
Keeps my files organized for several years, very simple to use
Definitely worth the price
This app makes your iPad capable of storing files in a way that is very reminiscent of the PC days. If you're the type of person who uses your iPad as an all-in-one hub, then this is for you. I also like the ability to share to other third party apps, to email files, and especially to password protect files.
