I cannot contact this company through the contact form on their website so a review is my only way of communication to use. My message to them was as follows.

I purchased this app today and regret doing so as it doesn't do most of the things it claims but worse fails to connect to One Drive where I keep many of my files. I've used it less than 24 hours and am requesting a refund as I am already tired of messing with it and see no hope of improvement. Maybe the app works fine for others, but it is not compatible with me. As of now payment for the app is still pending so can you please just cancel the order?
The rave reviews for this app were from 7 years ago, now this is only abandonware and should have been removed from the App Store. What a rip off, $3.99 I’ll never get back.

Keeps my files organized for several years, very simple to use
Definitely worth the price
This app makes your iPad capable of storing files in a way that is very reminiscent of the PC days. If you're the type of person who uses your iPad as an all-in-one hub, then this is for you. I also like the ability to share to other third party apps, to email files, and especially to password protect files.

I still prefer Good Reader. It is more powerful.
Enlarging PDF files is limited. With Good Reader you can enlarge the files to a much bigger scale. This is important for architectural drawings.

Certainly not a very robust document viewer. GoodReader and Documents both offer PDF annotation. This app doesn't even offer the ability to bookmark PDFs.
Unless all you want is a simple document viewer, I wouldn't waste your time on this app.

A wonderful tool
I recommend this app for those who have different cloud storage accounts. With this app, I can manage more than one Dropbox account easily.
best app ever i bought for my iPad
Moving my workspace from notebook to iPad now. Looking for app to take good care of file management including any kind of document, photo and video. And this definitely the one.

This app does exactly NONE of the things it claims it will do. I paid $5 for a big, huge nothing. Worthless.
Good to use
I've used it for a long time, it is good to use. The iCloud function is useful to me so I can easily share files on iPad and iPhone.
Useful, works well
This app is a welcome player in file management, pdf storing and reading, and more. It works well. I like especially ability to file the many pdfs I read in folders, within one app.

I have saved all my docs on google drive and dropbox over years because i don't like to waste any penny to get more storage. It is really annoying to switch on different apps to access docs on google drive and dropbox. Now this app takes all my pains away. Managing all stuffs at the same app is super cool.

Excellent supporting
When I got some problems on converting video files, they gave me suggestions and update the program to solve it very quickly. I'd like to say they give a great support on this app.
Black Screen
Love this application. Only problem is that I get a black screen when launching the app (just installed latest update). Any ideas?

Excellent at both file management and reading multiple formats. Easy to move a copy to other programs for editing.
Useful document control app
Nice'n easy to use, and pleasing on the eye. A function that I would really appreciate in this app is word search. I really like the simple preview window, which allows a peek of the front page of the document. Generally nice!

Nearly perfect
This app works pretty good so far. One suggestion I might give to the RD team is - Edit docs or spreadsheets directly on this app. When it's done, I can sync those edited docs to the Dropbox with no time.
