Syncing issues Galore
It’s a promising app, but the early versions are nigh unusable. Half the time I open the app, none of the items I spent several hours cataloging show up (and I have to log out/in to force reload them). The rest of the time, if I try to perform a simple task to an existing item such as rename it, I defaults back to the original name just as soon as I press save.

Great little app - and its free!!!!!
Lost Data
With the latest update, about half of the bins I set up are now missing.
Edit: After a few days, it seems like the bins have re-appeared, but it makes me nervous to put time into organizing them if the data could be lost.
I still find it confusing to move items with a quantity greater than one between bins.

Worked great until it failed
It worked great until I put a huge amount of effort into cataloguing everything, putting the tags on 36 bins and then it decided it was not going to remember anything. I can’t search it just failed me. I’m very disappointed.

This app plus the tags are perfect, they do exactly what’s described. The tags appear to be high quality and I expect them to last on my storage totes for quite a while.
My only complaint is that some of my stuff is in cardboard boxes… not really worth putting a $1 NFC tag on. I wish we could also have the option to just create QR codes for bins that are more temporary and not quite deserving of an NFC tag.
That said, the product as it is, is perfect for my seasonal storage!
I just need to find another solution for all my stuff for my move…..

Can’t use!
I’ve followed what instructions I could find. But the app never moved past the intro. I bought a ton of these tags!! I can find how to reach support and will have to return all of them!
mediocre app
the concept behind the app is really great but this app is hard to use, frequently crashes, and seems more like an afterthought to the tags then a well designed app. The app makes it difficult to manage a large collection of items which is made even more difficult by the seeming lack of a desktop version of the application, which would make documenting a large quantity of objects intended to be stored much easier

Unable to use
Couldn’t get my phone to read the tag.
Good but……..
I use this App in my reselling business. Overall it’s a good App with a giant flaw. If you switch to a new device (iPhone) and you transfer the app to a new iPhone. It doesn’t transfer your data with it. I now have to reenter over 700 items back into the app.
They resolved my issue
update: I received a personal email from someone on the Organize-It team with instructions on how to fix my issue. I did as requested and it worked. I was able to retrieve all of my totes. Thank you!!
I spent a long time organizing my holiday bins, taking pictures and adding the bins to my app. I bought a new phones and downloaded the app and all of my bins are done. All that work for nothing.

I scan the tag and it does nothing in the app. It only has the video on Let’s begin instructions. Nothing else??
Great concept bad execution
App keeps randomly crashing while trying to add items to bins. Very inefficient. Very frustrating.
Not reading any tag
Bought this to make easier when moving but it’s totally useless, it never scan any of the 8 tags I got
Easy to use, but randomly crashes.
It’s easy to use, and it does what I need. The only problems: 1. it randomly crashes. 2. it doesn’t allow you to crop photos where you want. 3. it doesn’t allow you to enlarge photos for viewing.
A feature suggestion: can you add an optional expiry date field to the items, and then the app can notify us when items are about to expire?

Can’t believe we lived without it before
Easy and simple. We no longer have to open tons of bins to find what we need. Thank you for this simple and not expensive tool.
Benefits the lives of a 5yo, 19yo, 28yo, 50yo, & 80yo!
This is something that even my grandparents (age 78-81) love to use, which is special in itself. My grandma (78), my mom (50), myself (28), my sister (19), and my children (4-6) all love this application & what it does to help each of us for our own specific needs. In that thought alone, this is a really special product.
EXAMPLES:
—My grandma uses it to organize all of her decorations, memorabilia, and antiques in her basement. She lives not having to write labels on everything (especially with arthritis it’s very helpful).
—My grandpa uses it to organize all of his tools, equipment, wires, wood, etc. in his massive barn where he has a small engine repair business. His memory has been getting worse with age and this has helped so much to be quicker for his clients. I love that for him!
—My mom uses it to remind herself what is in all of her safes/security lock boxes/precious metals so she doesn’t have to unlock them or write anything down. She loves collecting but hates having to touch her valuables in order to find them, this way, she can see what she has without the risk of damaging the value. Her favorite is not having to write labels on storage tubs of seasonal decorations (she’s getting arthritis in her wrists and shoulders from being an orthodontist) avoiding all of that labeling keeps my grandparents and moms pain at bay.
—I use it to label all of my extra stuff in my storage units, I have 3, since I’m a professional reseller. It’s been SO HELPFUL knowing what items are in which unit. Efficiency = quicker sales = more profits! I will use this forever!
—My sister uses these to label all of her suitcases, packing, and traveling luggage. She travels all the time with her friends and moves to and from college (3 hr drive) every year multiple times. Moving between school and visiting family, she uses these to save time. Instead of going through suitcase after suitcase and box after box trying to find like her moisturizer or phone charger, she now knows exactly where she packed them! Perfect for traveling!!
—My kids, all under 7, love playing around with these. They love using technology and Organize IT helps them with their toys, books, legos, basically everything of theirs too! They use it to remember which legos boxes are where and where they put their favorite toys etc. Honestly, this has been helping my kids keep their room clean, helps them tidy up faster, and helps them understand and learn organization skills! I mean, what parent doesn’t want that for their children?! ITS PERFECT.
***if you have children & want to teach them organization/keep their rooms tidy then try this out! IM NOT KIDDING they will use Organize-IT like it’s a game and it results in a cleaner home for you AND more play time for the kids & you!***
