Terrible cumbersome not intuitive not helpful
I find this app to be not very intuitive. Too many strokes needed to complete task to spend more time looking at the app and you do the actual inspection you’re supposed to be doing never recommend this to anybody else.
Needs Update
Needs to be updated for iphone cant use it for my job.
Offline Capability is Great!
Easy to use in the field, I like that it can be used offline.
Needs Update
This app appears to have been abandoned. It has not been updated in over 2 years and lacks support for the latest form types - it actually isn’t even updated for tall iPhone screen sizes, which happened a decade ago. Will likely not work for your business use and would encourage others to reach out to see if support is coming for this tool.

Outdated nonfunctional APP
Dont download this version. Origami discontinued this version in 2024 and introduced a new app-BUT they did not make the new version available on the app store? This version is 100% unsupported and non functional. You need to get the new one at origamirisk.com/mobile-apple
