Origin simply create a great range of coffees!
First time user of app
I found the app difficult to use, I couldn’t workout if I was viewing all coffees or just single source. If there was an option to view coffee by blend I would have found that useful. Maybe there different options but I could t find them. Overall it was an average experience

Flawless expect the login
Really great business with amazing coffee but it's a shame the application isn't as flawless as the coffee because each and every time I close the application it always and continually asks me for my login details, surely there isn't a way to keep me logged in is there? If so please update the app to avoid this annoying error.

Fabulous App… fabulous company!!
I’m a huge fan of Origins coffee and the way they run their business, so it’s not at all surprising they’ve built a great app for their customers.
It makes the coffee journey buying journey from beginning to end easy and enjoyable, even throwing in a great loyalty program for those of us with a serious coffee problem.

Nice App but One Issue
The app is nice and slick, easy to navigate and spend points etc. My only issue is that the order page does not include any tracking info other than ‘shipped’. At least having the tracking number to copy would be nice.

Cannot Checkout
Lovely app. Slick and modern.
1. When purchasing subscription coffee it doesn’t tell me the bag size anywhere (I am assuming it’s 250g) And the biggest bug…
2. After adding a couple of coffees to my cart, I tap on Checkout and the word checkout becomes a little spinner, then back to the word checkout. Nothing else happens… I am unable to checkout.

I’ve tried again a month or so since I left the first review and can happily say i now see the big size as a selectable option. Ace.
And I can now checkout correctly.

Easy to Use, Appealing Interface
Update 06 May 2023. The app is easy to use but after encountering persistent failures to dispatch orders promptly and incorrect quantities sent we will be using a local supplier in Edinburgh with lower prices and equivalent quality and range in future. We spend about £30-35 approximately every 18 days so Origin have lost around £600 of business per annum from a domestic customer. We have been loyal customers for around five years if memory serves.
