Hard to get around
I do like the way each account is broken out on the home screen. However there’s no way to see your full account number and routing number. The menu button is at the bottom plus there’s a “more” button at the top right where the memu button should be, that only has transfer money option under it. Also all the buttons and selections are rather small for larger fingers. Also, no one ever answers messages. I have sent several since moving to this new app and no one has ever answered me.

Terrible
The app falls short of meeting basic customer needs. Its functionality is limited and the features to contact anyone tend to glitch and not allow messages to be sent. In the event you attempt to use the chat it often redirect users to contact the local branch for troubleshooting, which causes delays and forces customers to wait until business hours for resolution. This is especially frustrating for those who are unavailable during your normal hours of operation. Overall, my experience has been disappointing.

No digital is a no go
The largest and smallest banks in the world have some form of digital finance options like Zelle and mobile deposits. Catch up please. The bank is great. The tech is antiquated.
