VERY glitchy which is NOT what you want from a banking app!!
Constantly have issues with this app not depositing checks properly. Also , the “deposit history” link is broken. Multiple other links that direct you to the Orion site are broken and pages no longer exist. Terrible support.

As the title says the app never works. I tried to look at my account multiple times over the weekend and again today and it still won’t load after logging in!

The location in Bartlett, Tn has the most knowledge and friendly customer service. They are quick and efficient at answering questions and providing banking services. I highly recommend this location and institution for all your financial needs.
TERRIBLE!
We refinanced our truck through these guys. Their app is a joke! It’s been 2 MONTHS and I CANNOT make an online payment! Every time I try, gives me an error! Won’t accept my bank information! REALLY bad!
Difficult
Tried to transfer funds from Orion to my other bank. It seems to be impossible. Also the promos to get me started weren’t at all clear. I will be closing this account soon.
