Just updated,can not review at all, just view profile only.
Horrible app and website
App crashes whenever you try to access documents. Website on mobile doesn’t allow download of policy papers. Help desk and chat feature only open 9am - 2pm est. no hyperlinks to direct email the help desk either. Do better please.

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We recently released version 83, which includes a fix for the document access crash issue. Please update the app to the latest version and try accessing your policy documents again. If you are still experiencing the issue after updating, please contact our support team so we can investigate further.
Can’t even open the app
Just downloaded the app and it’s crashing every time I try to open it. Can’t use biometrics either. Developer will have to push an update

Cannot even log in
All it does is crash on log in
Totally useless because it crashes every time you try to log on. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. Checked for updates. Just won’t let you past the log in screen. Junk
