Horrible app and website

App crashes whenever you try to access documents. Website on mobile doesn’t allow download of policy papers. Help desk and chat feature only open 9am - 2pm est. no hyperlinks to direct email the help desk either. Do better please.

Please update the app to the latest version and try accessing your policy documents again. Can’t even open the app

Just downloaded the app and it’s crashing every time I try to open it. Can’t use biometrics either. Developer will have to push an update

All it does is crash on log in

Totally useless because it crashes every time you try to log on. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. Checked for updates. Just won’t let you past the log in screen. Junk

Not usable at all

Literally can’t even login. Every time I try it immediately crashes. Re-installed, same thing over and over again.

It’s an app just to be an app

Nice that it does not collect data so bonus star for that, but the reset password link does not even have a decent dns alias and is just a bare azurewebsites link. There is nothing more useful about the app than opening the website, and the banner ads at top for their services you would think would work but get 404 even on the faq page. Maybe let users see how they can get discount programs, view what data the company thinks about the house to correct inconsistency before a claim happens, place to store serial numbers of pictures of home contents for future claims, anything other than pay a bill and view coverage links.

Endless Crashing

App needs an overhaul. Can’t open anything useful without it crashing. Not well designed or optimized.

Glitchy app and website

I have found the app and website to difficult to use and not very user friendly.
