Won’t load.
App worked great for about a month. After that the Home Screen won’t load won’t update balances. Tried updating it still didn’t work. Then deleted the app completely, redownloaded and now it won’t even load the login page

Orrstown Bank has always been great to work with and their workers are cheerful and SUPER helpful!!! Their banking app is easy to run and SO handy to have!!! I HIGHLY recommend Orrstown as #1 Bank!!!
Disappointed
iOS 16 is required for updating this app and my iPhone only updates to 15.8. Now I can’t use the app. Thanks for helping apple stick it to those who don’t need or want to buy a newer phone.

The staff that monitors and responds to online customer service requests and questions is very responsive. Their teller personnel are pleasant and helpful as well. Their online banking app is easy auto use and provides all the information I want to see for my accounts.

New banking procedures!!
I called the Newport Branch and talked with a very nice person and expressed by opinion of the new banking program. It is not a good working program. Not user friendly at all. The old system showed your running balance and everything on the page was user friendly. One click and you could see what you needed and just do it. This program you have to go back to index and press that then do transaction. I have yet to print out a list of all my transactions. You can’t put in a certain date to another date and print the transactions in a certain time frame. Right now my one account is in minus and I don’t know why. I did move money to cover it, but don’t know if it is there. I don’t need anymore stress in my life and this takes me over the edge. Looking for a different bank!! Whoever created this, obviously doesn’t do their own checking account. You closed the branch offices, so now you can’t go in and even get some help. Sincerely - Mary K. Davis.
