Overdraft fees
The app lets you know there are pending transactions but you don’t get notifications or alerts to let you know of a possible overdraft. I’ve had some overdraft charges occur when there was plenty of money in my savings to be transferred

Time for an app update
After a year seems like it’s time for an update. There are times I can’t unlock my debit card. Now I’m having a problem locking my debit card. This is very frustrating and can be an inconvenience.
The app needs fixing
It has been some time since this app would load proper. The developers haven’t done anything recent and I’d like to know if you are going to continue to update this or no?

Banking app
The convenience of the app makes my life so much easier, I can check my balance anytime of day or night. Love it!
CFCU app
I’ve had an account since middle school and have only banked with them since. All good things I have to say about them. Every time I go into the branch near my house they are very welcoming and friendly, feel like family because the same members have worked their for years and have built a good relationship with most of them. I recommend CFCU or any credit union if you don’t have a CFCU in your area.

I liked the app better before the last update
It would s hard to see what your available balance is now. It was very clear before. Secondly, if you get out of the app and back in the “sign in” is so small you aren’t even sure what to do a first.

App is flawed. I want account notifications but couldn’t care less about all your marketing messages. I have it turned off in settings but still get them. It’s awful. I expect better.

CFCU an Americans institution
After moving to Arizona from my home state of Michigan, I was very disappointed with the banking services and choices I had out west! To my surprise they were willing to give me a auto loan even though I was no longer a Michigan resident. They have given me great benefits through their banking institution. I save more money and have more benefits through this wonderful institution. I’ve always had quick responses and answers to any of my problems or concerns.
