Why have an app if the only thing you can do is request an appointment! I should be able to go on the app to not only book an appointment, but to see when my appointment is, test results, bloodwork, PT, even billing.
Makes the practice look cheap
App is very basic and keeps crashing
Needs to do more than just schedule appointments
I would like to message my orthopedist, requesting a prescription, or just ask a question. NO CAN DO.
