Why have an app if the only thing you can do is request an appointment! I should be able to go on the app to not only book an appointment, but to see when my appointment is, test results, bloodwork, PT, even billing.

Can’t do anything with this app. It is only supposed to be used to make an appointment but it doesn’t work. The patient portal is bad too. Have to make a phone call to if you need anything from OrthoNY.
Doesn’t let you perform it’s only function
I have tried this app several times. It’s only function is to choose a location and doctor and schedule an appointment. Only problem no appointments are available. Total waste
Appointments only
I tried this app because OrthoNY's patient portal is difficult to use on my iPhone. Either the font is minuscule or ridiculously large. This app appears to have one function: scheduling appointments. I'm not sure how that is useful. It needs a few updates to kick it into 2023.
Not worth the trouble.
Definitely don’t bother. App is ok and I completely understand it’s a request for a time slot, but the app and schedule don’t update each other. Staff can’t see requests via app. So what’s the point?
Better to call
It allows you to pick days for appointments that aren't even available not worth the effort to use.
