超爛app
原本以為網路評論的問題應該都已經修復，結果發現是我太天真，不管用什麼方式都一直斷線一直斷線，按摩椅不知道從哪裡接收到的音樂播放的超大聲無法關掉，找維修人員來處理跟我們說問題無解，安裝App想用語音方式關掉音樂結果不管用什麼方式登錄都立刻斷線，osim這麼大的按摩椅公司做出無法維修的bug，竟然跟消費者說無法維修，第一次感覺對一個這麼貴的產品感到非常的失望與憤怒。真的很垃圾⋯

바코드스캔
페어링 후 바코드 스캔을 하라고 뜨는데 카메라 초점이 바코드를 맞추지 못해서 이후로 넘어가지를 못함. 손으로 숫자를 입력하던지 다른 방법으로도 가능하게 개선 필요함

Cannot pair with phone at all, poor design 😡 Received reply as told to restart. Done several times still nothing changed. Osim should use their iPhone to pair till they can solved these issue…

스스로 로그아웃하기전에 넘 자주 자동 로그아웃되어 불편하고 이메일아이디 저장기능이 없어 로그인할때마다 새로 입력해야하는 점 또한 불편합니다. 마사지받을때 듣는 3종류밖에 없어 아쉽네요.
Unable to pair
When I received the chair in Jan 2022, I was able to pair with my iPad. However, now, despite deleting/re-installing the app, my machine does not appear in the app to pair, even after I turn on and off the chair's main switch. I called OSIM and a personnel told me they just updated the app 2 weeks ago. However, the app version history show that last update was almost 1 year ago. Please improve your app, OSIM.

Cannot connect to bluetooth speaker
It only works at first connection. In subsequent connection, it does not work. I need to reinstall the app to establish the “first connection” again in order to connect to the Bluetooth speaker. Annoying
