One time password takes too long

One time password sending to phone number and email are taking too long. Speaker needs to be connected to the phone through Bluetooth setting instead of automatic connect to the app while connecting to the chair.

I havebeen using the OSIM Well-Being app with my uLove 3 massage chair and absolutely love it. The app is easy to use, connects quickly, and gives you access to 25 massage programmes, so there’s always something to suit how you’re feeling. I just love it!!

I keep having to change emails to use the chair. An email will work for a bit. Then it says password is invalid. I update it. But it will not work. I have to use a different email. I am running out of emails. What is the problem?

U love 3

Had the massage chair for just over a year now, wish the app would have a one tap option instead of having to hold the button down till the massage starts. For a $8k+ massage chair the quality needs to be better, you hear a lot of plastic sound during the massage and the rollers are not smooth when it is massaging. It’s as if the roller is rubbing against the cloth and getting caught. As if there no oil and you’re getting dry massage with the persons hand being rough and not gliding. Response from customer service is long and state its “normal” parameters.

Kindly note that the massage chair does not support one-tap to start massage, this is because each program is designed with a recommended seating position to ensure optimal effectiveness and to comply with safety standards. We recommend following the preset positioning as guided by the chair for the best massage experience.

Keeps disconnecting

I was a huge fan of the original chairs. Have since bought a new chair which works off the new app and have had nothing but trouble. Wish I had stuck with the older model - at least it worked!

App update

The app is not working all of a sudden I can’t log in either from my iPhone or my iPad
I have removed and reinstalled the new Osim well being app but I still can’t sign on. And now I’m stuck using the 3 manual buttons on the side of the chair I called the customer service and I was asked to leave a message here and hopefully someone will be able to fix my problem

App connection issue

I have the UDream chair. Recently the Bluetooth connection drops so often that it’s impossible to run the program through the app. I reached out to customer service, but they told me they can’t do anything about the app issue, which was very disappointing.

Painful to use

This app literally log you out EVERYDAY. When you just want to sit down and relax and get some good massage, hey, first, you’ll have to log in again. If this is by design, something is wrong with Osim team. If not, please fix it.

If you have login issues, you can register using your Facebook, Gmail, or Apple ID instead, which will eliminate the need to enter your password each time.
