Ok but

I first downloaded this app and it looked really good. Kg took me through the test, showed me what all the features do, but there are two problems. 1 is that there is only 1 thing unless you buy premium, 2 is that it won’t stop playing the music even after I close the app. My phone is on silent mode and will be until than is fixed

I was having trouble falling asleep and I decided to look around for a sleep App. Found this new App with a lot of great content. Put on one of the sleep music or one of the guided meditations specifically designed as sleep aid, I fell asleep immediately. It also has guided meditations to help you stay focused or have a bit of reflection time during the day. I look forward to your future content!
