probably the most poor app I’ve ever came across
While having trouble login in the app, the app says that my credentials are Invalid whereas, I’m using the same credentials to log in in the web portal. I also requested “forgot my password” to send me a link on my mail id for consecutively two days, but no answer or response regarding it, nothing came through the mail.

Absolute rubbish. I couldn’t even get it to work it crashed my phone and now my keyboard is gone. Absolute rubbish do not download this it’s a dangerous app
Doesn’t work
All the other reviews are right. You hit submit and it just loads forever, you can even submit without check pictures and it still will just load on and on and on. Don’t waste your time and just call for wiring instructions.

Why isn’t zero stars an option? This worthless piece of unmitigated garbage simple does. Not. Work. Every review here is accurate and I won’t bother repeating what others have already said. Open Door, you should be ashamed you even exist if you publish dog poop like this app.
App never submits, indefinitely stuck on loading circle
Tried on multiple devices multiple times over the course of about 4 hours. After you hit submit it never gets past the loading circle. Very scary considering there is typically a 3 calendar day time limit to submit the money. So on holidays there may be no way to meet the time lines. For example the OSN office near me is on holiday Dec 24 through 27th (I drove to their office to learn this from a sign on thier door). My contract started on Dec 23 at 5pm. So I don’t know how I could have done this in the 3 day limit.

Garbage fire of an app
Every review below me is 100% accurate. You will not be able to submit pics and they make this the only route to deposit. Be prepared for high levels of frustration and anger attempting any transition with this mess of an app.

This app functions as needed right up until you need it to function. Once all tabs have been filled and pictures of the earnest check have been taken, the progress wheel will spin indefinitely once you submit.
Of course as OS National is owned by Opendoor, they are equally impossible to get anyone on the phone to help resolve or offer solutions such as wire transfer, courier services or drop of locations.
Save yourself, your client, and anyone else that is involved time and get right to the wire transfer and skip this option. Better yet, find a different title company to help handle your transactions. Everyone else seems to have this part figured out by 2021, OS National!

Garbage App. Doesn’t Work
Don’t waste your time. It doesn’t work. It will spin and spin as if it’s processing your check. But it never will.
Just plan to make your payment another way. This app won’t help you out. They really want you to use it. But it doesn’t work.

If you have nothing else to do use this app. A few days later you’ll be at your bank sending a wire cause it never loads. It did one time for me but rejected the pic(which it takes for you) because it couldn’t read it. Delete the app and go to your bank.

Hot garbage
This app is absolutely dog water. Does not submit checks. you could do it 20 times and it will never load. Why would you recommend a product that out right doesn’t work the OSN needs to take this down. Beyond repair And completely useless

Unable to Submit
App has been around for 4 years and has 1.7 stars. Unsurprisingly this “super easy” way to send a check was not easy as at all and we were not able to send a check after trying over and over again.
