No connection to the app
Tried this for the first time today unfortunately there is no signal to EE from the brackley charging station ! So used the onscreen instructions and paid the full price ,charged very quick but at a cost !

Efficient working charger. Charged just over 25kw and won a free 20kw charge session. Makes up for the expensive price of 82p kWh

Terrible app
The app logs me out every few weeks and it’s a pain to log back in. Those silly egg games don’t help when you’re in a rush, just switch them off.
Useless and expensive
Plug and play - no, multiple attempts never connects have to move to another charge pay through the nose. Why bother.

There is no reason that these chargers should be so expensive when a mile away there are chargers at a supermarket which are equally fast but 10p/kw less. Ospray clearly haven't done any local research. Fools

Choosing charger
When using the App, the map locator sits right on top of the charger pin so it’s difficult to activate the charger list to choose from. It should auto-populate the list based on your location. Why tell it where you are when the map in the app knows already? It tool 10 mins to figure this out, phone reboots, connectivity config changes etc.

5% summer Summer discount, big deal. When are all these public charger companies going to get real and start charging a fair price 79p/kWh on average in the UK and around 25p/kWh in Europe.

Rubbish charging in all respect
I tried using the Osprey charger and failed to be able to connect my vehicle despite repeated phone calls and attempts to follow the instructions on the machine . The machine kept asking me to retry and took four payments of £25 on my credit card. I did not get to use any electricity at all! He did not charge my car. I am now trying to contact them to get my money back.

Payment issues
Another EV app which has issues loading payment methods. Useless, why can’t you just pay with a card like you would petrol?
Awful
Spent nearly an hour in -2 C snowy weather trying to get this app to work. Firstly adding a payment method would not work (on the 8th go with the same card it finally gave the option for Apple Pay) then after all none of the 4 free charging stations would work, including after calling the operator and despite the live information saying all were in perfect working order. I had my disabled mother in the car with me and had to call RAC breakdown. Completely useless.
