Good I guess?

Don't write reviews very often, though I will say this app inspired me to begin learning how to make apps so I could make my own version of this, only because to me the main function of this app, the whole reason I got it is to import recipes from everywhere: but it only does 5 every WEEK. To me, that's completely unnecessarily slow especially if I was that die hard I could just as easily create Instagram save folders for entirely free. The amount to buy unlimited imports, which frankly should just be part of making the app good and worth it should not be paywalled, is also not worth it to me. I would have loved this app had it not been like that

Wonderful But….

I absolutely love/loved this app. I saw an instagram food creator promoting it and decided to give it a try. Especially with it being free- that’s how they reeled you in of course. I was able to keep all of my recipes in one place with the click of a button. I’m saddened that they are now asking for a subscription. I so sick and tired of everything needing a subscription. I don’t even use the premium features. I just used the app for organizing and keeping my favorite recipes in one place and now they’re basically trying to bully me into a subscription and now not even allowing me to add new recipes without one. Back to pen and paper.

downhill.

was good until they started needing you to watch ads to upload recipes and also shoving the subscriptions in your face.

I love this app.

10/10 app, I love how organized is it.👏🏽

The App does what it supposed todo

Free and ahead of comparable Apps

unusable

I cannot get past “Get Started”. I am stuck on a blank white screen immediately

Scam

Cant get pass onboarding screen. The onboarding is exact copy of another popular app.

Poor communication

Poor communication! Used a free trial and selected to be notified prior to being charged the yearly fee. Was never notified my trial was ending and during the trial I realized I didn’t use enough to justify paying for yearly subscription. Unfortunately I realized a day too late and had already been charged the subscription fee. Reached out both through the app and on instagram about canceling and have not heard back.

Won't work!!

Can't get past the "get started" screen, even after redownloading twice. It's legit just a blank white page.

Terrible now used to be good.

Terrible now that you can’t watch ads anymore to download more recipes. Before you could watch ads and download recipes now you can only download a few recipes each week unless you pay their ridiculous prices. App is now garbage.

Ruining the free access

I’ve used this app primarily because competing apps that are much better and easier to use (ReciMe) only allow for 5 recipe imports before charging. I was very disappointed to see today that Osta has implemented the same restriction. Now with all things because equal, I will either go back to saving recipe posts on instagram directly or simply use ReciMe, because I do not appreciate the new pricing and import limitation, especially without prior warning.

Osta

This app started off as amazing I was able to upload as many recipes as I wanted I just had a watch a few ads but now it awful you can only add 5 recipes a week unless you pay 40 dollars

Free for mobile ?

Nothing free and 1 week free trial then it’s paid subscription

Money hungry

I use to absolutely love this app. I was able to import any recipe. Now I can only import 5 recipes a week for free. This app has become a cash grab and I’m disappointed

Doesn't work for me

I've tried to use this app several times but it's not worked for me. Every time I open up the app, it's just blank.

Love it!

I love this app! It’s so easy to add recipes from Instagram.

It used to be good

I used to enjoy this app, now it locks functions behind ludicrous purchase/subscription costs. Annoying popups trying to get you subscribe and it limits the number of recipes you can import per week (unless you pay big $$$. Thankfully, there’s lots of competition in the recipe app space. I’m going to look elsewhere for a better app that is more user focused.

Ruined it

I’ve been using this app for a few months and it’s been great up until they added the original features behind a $13/month subscription. The big selling point was that you could have unlimited recipe saves, with the occasional ads and that worked great! But now they’ve made it so you are limited to only 5 imports a week, defeating almost the entire draw.

Edit *

Edit : they added an “x” to the top left of the 7 day trial page and now I can see my recipes I’ve previously saved . Happy again!! Love this app and hope I’m not forced to get a subscription in the future

Now there’s a subscription. I can’t even see the previous saves without accepting the 7 day free trial. Sad . Another app I’m deleting

Avoid

App doesn’t even finish setting up. Glad it was only five dollars I guess. Take this warning to keep away
