You will loose money if you use this app
I used this app to reserve hotel, free cancellation, I cancelled after one day, before deadtime, although they charged me whole price,
This happened two times for me 😞😞 They did not reply my contacts and my emails, also the hotel told me that it happened before for others, and they scammed the money ....

Scam
Do not use this app or their website, they literally a biggest scam, We booked a hotel from this website and when we came to hotel, we realized they sent wrong reservations to hotel and we had to pay extra fee to keep our reservation, their customer service is horrible and they do not answer at all. Save yourself time and money and do not book from this app. You are better off reserving from hotel’s website or legit agencies.

J’ai contacté Otelz à plusieurs reprises sans succès je me suis retrouvé a chercher un autre hôtel d’urgence et une facture salée de roaming et bien sûr aucun dédommagement
Ne vous faites pas berné par lea prix attractifs c’est juste une arnaque

Don’t take responsibility
I booked hotel in advance, got confirmation letter. Just in case, texted to the hotel a day before arrival. They said the reservation is not correct and blamed otelz for that. Otelz did nothing to help, just admitted they are of no use. I had to spend twice more money to find a hotel.

Nightmare experience
I booked a hotel using Otelz for my stay in fethiye in Turkey . It was a nightmare experience. The website gave me an offer for a hotel which I booked. Then I received the confirmation. When I arrived to the hotel after driving 9 hours from Istanbul, I was shocked that the booking was for another hotel . I check again via their website which showed that my booking is in different hotel ( but the offer in the website and the confirmation email were showing the first hotel , this why I went to the first hotel ). I tried to contact Otelz team multiple times but no one answered.
