User reviews

Oto review

I have already done the system once and will need to go back and fortify everything again.
I believe the Oto system will work once I work with it for a while.
I really cruised thru it the first time and want to start again but this time take my time and really grasp the tools presented.
I could see some difference but still need to work harder on the nuroplasticity aspect of the course.

$200+ dollars for 3 months is downright predatory

I signed up for the free trial to try out some of the paywalled content, thinking that the “contact us for your personalised plan” would actually be real (it’s not). When I signed up for the trial it said I would be notified before they charged me. I was NOT notified and when I immediately cancelled the day I was charged I was refused a refund. I appealed the decision stating that I had not been notified a day prior as was promised and was refused a refund again. People with tinnitus are desperate and panicking, if you’re looking at this you likely know the feeling. To charge over $200 for a 3 month subscription that just gives you access to pre-recorded audio is downright predatory. Granted, I’ve seen other programs that were $2000+ but that was for video sessions with actual doctors and it’s still preying on frightened and desperate people. The sessions I listened to on Oto were pleasant, but they didn’t tell me anything I hadn’t already learned by doing some googling and reading forums. I can’t believe I’ve lost hundreds of dollars to this app after they failed to notify me of an upcoming charge as they were meant to. Do not give this app your financial information! Use tinnitus masking videos and meditations on YouTube for free and save your hard earned cash.

Life saver

Oto was the first and only app I used when I had a horrible change to my tinnitus. Just knowing there’s a team of lived experienced experts behind the app was enough for me to trust it when I was in a hopeless place. I found a lot of peace and relief thought Oto and am incredibly grateful for finding it and being some part of their community.
