Excellent App
Most features of this app work fantastically, it is impossible to navigate Ottawa without this app. I highly recommend it.

Terrible App
Can’t rely on it telling me when to expect my bus and never shows me the map of where my bus is. Very disappointing. 1 star only because it won’t let me send with 0 stars.
Not always accurate
There are often scenarios where the gps is not accurate. The other day I was walking to the bus stop and it said the bus would be there in 5 minutes, so I didn’t have a reason to run. Well the bus ended up coming 5 minutes early so I missed it. Also, the departure times at Tunneys Pasture are off every day, but that probably because the drivers are late leaving.

Good!
Pretty good app and is usually exact on the timing of the buses.
Completely inaccurate
Not only are the bus times completely inaccurate, for some busses when you choose one going one direction, it’ll show you the same bus going the opposite direction (bus 6 is an example of this). Do better OC Transpo. None of your trackers work.
Trip Planning
Overall very accurate bus times just wish it had the option to plan trips.
Good app but glitching a lot
I love this app but will have to rate 3 stars for now as it keeps glitching and saying “no trips at this time” and if I refresh 3-4 times and they show up and I click on one, it also says “nothing to show” until I refresh again 3-4 times. Will update my rating when it is fixed!
GPS
Understandable that when you’re working with “based on scheduled time” there will be some delays so plan accordingly. My main issue is how many of these are “based on scheduled time” and not GPS. Personally I know when my bus is scheduled to be there, what I’m looking for is where exactly it is whether it be late or early. I realize it’s up to the specific buses to turn on their GPS but it’s ridiculous how few ever have their GPS on. OC Transpo has to address this at some point.

Pass-through lines at major hubs

I would like to report an issue I am facing with pass-through lines at major hubs (Rideau, St Laurent, etc.).
When the same line has 2 directions at the same stop (i.e. bus 7 at Rideau), when trying to obtain details of GPS positions for the 2nd direction, it always fails and reports on the 1st direction only.
Is it something that can be fixed please?

Total Rubbish
I am not happy. This app informed me my bus was not coming for 15 minutes. Looking out of the window of the store I see my bus stop and leave. Needless to say I’m deleting this noxious little App , it belongs in the trash.
Used to be great, broken in dark mode?
Loved this app so much more than the OCTranspo app, but now I can’t see any of my favourite routes: They just appear as white boxes, and I’m assuming it’s because the app is broken with dark mode on. It’s a lot easier for me to just switch back to OCTranspo than try and fix whatever is happening with that

Used to be perfect
Then the last update came and my app now has no text whatsoever on the stops or favourites. Now all I can use is near me. Sad cuz it was perfect. :(
Well, it sorta works.
When it works, it works well, but sometimes it will stop showing the buses for a while, leaving a no buses at this time message, or will not recognize a stop number. Also has issues where a bus will say its coming, never come, and the app will just skip it after having it read as late for a while. Desperately needs an update.

Poor App
Doesn’t support a dark mode. No contact feature or phone number for OC, and doesn’t shows live updates for outages. OC if you are going to ask for people to rate the app at least make it decent and similar to the Android version.

Its ok- hasn’t updated bus stops added 3 months ago
Still waiting for it to update to all the new bus routes added in September. For the most part it works well.
Perfect
Perfect app, it has really accurate timings for each bus and the gps is also accurate.
When it works ...
This all is fantastic when it works. But there are a lot of times when it's not tracking my bus and it's a guessing game. Also, I wish it would update better instead of having to constantly refresh.
Amazing when it works... useless when down
This app is the best Ottawa bus app WHEN it is functional. Unfortunately it spends a lot of time not working and not being able to track buses. Usually it’s particularly bad around change of schedules so hopefully they’ll stay on top of it more.
App not working for days
A few days ago the app stopped working. Every bus route I choose, any day/Time it says “ no routes passing through selected stop at this time” which is not true. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing. It worked for a couple of minutes, and now I get the same message. It is updated to the newest version.
