Very Frustrating System
There may be features that do things in the Otto system but this far from a joy to use. Website has different functionality. Can’t add games or practices from web. Adding games from app requires a match length to even save. Really.. that’s a required field.. even time can’t be TBD and I have to choose a fake one. Tiny fonts. Confusing permissions. Still trying to figure in message chats who actually gets them or who can see what. I miss the app we used before for team communications.

Constant spamming cannot subscribe to calendar
We’ve had this app for a week and it’s constantly spamming us with every calendar event update but doesn’t have the basic feature of subscribing to the calendar so you can just see it in your Google calendar instead of keeping track of the many many emails. It would be better to use free Google calendar than this app. It’s been incredibly stressful as the school year starts to deal with our emails getting spammed. Support button is 404-ing. I suspect the ai in the name is because the whole app was written by AI and nobody actually reviewed the code or tested it.

Otto Sport is a great device. It helps keep our youth soccer team well organized.

App asks if you’re satisfied before asking for review.. Unsatisfied users are not asked for review leading to an overly positive score.

This app gives you multiple selections so that you can view your registrations and who is in the them, it gives you what the score is what time the practice or games. THE BEST

App has been “updating” for over 12 hours. I have deleted and shutdown my phone. Still updating! I need to see the schedule for games this weekend.
Latest Update broke the app
Latest update broke the app. It no longer loads. When you open it, it just shows endless “updating” and never loads. Tried reinstalling and same behavior.

Since updating I am unable to open the app. I am stuck on Otto sport page updating. I restarted my phone, close the app and delete the app but it is still the same. Frustrating as a I cannot access my team informations.
Update causing issues
Forced us to do an update, and now no one can access the app. Never had these issues with Demosphere. Do better Otto
