Absolutely Horrible App
The temperature device works well enough, but setting up the app & attempting to connect and monitor my data is a nightmare and I am NOT a luddite!
App is horrible but the device is worse.
I bought this at CVS. it was the only one on the self, so not a lot of choices. The temperature on the device is never the same two, three, four times in a row and vary by as many at 15 degrees. The app is bad enough. The device is worse.
App doesn’t recognize the thermometer
This apps usually which but this one is worse than most. The instructions tell you to install the app, take a temp measurement, press the NFC logo, and finally hold the device near the phone, and then the temp reading should be shown on the phone.
When I follow these instructions the app crashes as soon as the phone comes near the thermometer. What can I say except for BOOH?
As I said I had low expectations since China-made stuff like this rarely work as expected, especially when it comes to app integration. But it was the only temple-reading thermometer on the shelf in my little pharmacy and I needed one instantly for my daughter. It wasn’t even cheap!
Stay away from OU Care or the “Legend” brand. Just order something from a trusted brand, it will be cheaper and it can’t be worse than this company.

Does it work??!
I can’t get it to work. I got a reading one time but that’s it. I uninstalled and reinstalled it on iphone and android phone. If it actually works then this is needing better instruction or explanation of what the tabs are. It’s useless if you read in English. It’s a waste of money. It doesn’t work

Useless
Instruction are non existing- totally unclear. Never could get any info to transfer to my IPhone. Cannot use connector provided since not compatible with newer iPhones. Needs to use blue tooth, but no clear instruction on how to get it to pair and iPhone cannot find it when looking for new devices.
Luckily it is free, just uses up storage space. Deleted immediately
