Update?
I’m getting a message that the app needs updated, but i have the most recent version. I even deleted the app from my phone and reloaded.
Doesn’t work
Says there is a new version need to update, click ok and it takes you to the App Store on apple.com. Search OUCU and it takes you to the same app.
One little glitch
Even before the most recent update at the turn of the calendar year and after updating to iPhones iOS 26, I cannot load responses to my feedback ticket. I get a error message that says it could not load my comments. Try again.

I absolutely love OUCU. They make everything to do with banking so easy, from using the app to pay bills on line, to being able to deposit checks/cash after business hours through their ATM. Banking has truly never been easier. The app is super easy to navigate and so easy to use. You can literally do everything you need from the app. Apply for a loan, a credit card or transfer funds from one account to another, all with just a few taps.

It took me a minute to figure it all out, but it definitely works better than the former app.

The great update
The update completely changed the app for the better with being more user friendly and all types of new features so I don’t have to wait on hold or drive up to the brick & mortar. Seems like it’s been awhile since I noticed changes on the app but they made up for any lost time. Good job to the Tech wizards who made it happen.

Love the new interface
Great ability to multitask
The new app is great to manage and perform multiple tasks in one sitting. Easy to view accounts, transfer funds and setup future date transfers! This app rocks!
Easy Peasy
The app made it super easy to pay my car loan and to set up recurring payments to the loan. I chose monthly, but you could choose anywhere from weekly to annually! Peace of mind knowing my car loan will pay off without my time input!
