App won’t open!!
i’ve used this app for 3 years and now whenever i click on it, it glitches non stop. I tried deleting app, redownloading it and the same problem over & over again! I have $ that i cannot access on there because of this weird glitch.
Can't even log back in.
Won't take my password and when I try to change my password it can't even send a "magic link" there words not mine for a change password link. Only thing magic about it is it won't appear in my email.
Disappointing
This app does a horrible job updating. I’ve had to contact customer support just for reviews to be updated and it’s happening again. I should not have to contact customer support just for reviews to be updated.
Bad service
I never got my $30 after I gave em the last 4 digits of my card TWICE. Smh

This app is extremely disappointing to have to use. If I forget my password there is literally no way to log back in. There should be a smoother log in process
Unfortunate
Would be a great app if there wasn’t so many hoops you had to jump through to cash yourself out. Is a great tool for employers to dangle imaginary carrots in front of your face..yay capitalism 🙄

When it WORKS it’s great.
App goes in and out of being able to sign in and view my reviews etc. I never know whether or not I’ll be able to sign in, or it’ll just do nothing when I enter my login information. Seems to go through weeks of being unavailable. Please update this issue.
