Can’t use vacuums
Can not scan the QR code on vacuums

Bought a pass at the kiosk and had the app already downloaded on my phone. Between putting in my phone with no 1 at the beginning at the kiosk and the app already having a 1 in front, it did not recognize my pass in the app until I re-entered the number in the app without the 1, then logged out and back in.

Cant update payment method in the app.
Horrible app
Awesome wash. Only one I go to but the multitudes of times I’ve been here the app will not let me put my card in or buy washes from the app. I would’ve loved to get the month pass but cannot ever get through because the app always has problems “retrieving” or something . Very aggravating no alternate way to buy a pass through the app either.
