i ordered a dress for my birthday and it gave me an allergic reaction tried to get a refund and basically they said i cant get a refund they forced me to get another dress i paid 110 for the first one then i got a cheaper one with the gift card i got one that was 85 and i still had to pay more on top of that i ordered the dress in teal and its a dark green???

Bad quality and very expensive
Dress was literally falling apart and didn’t fit how it should’ve. Literally SHEIN quality but insanely expensive.

Selling your data
Within 24 hours of downloading the app and creating an account I started getting spam calls, emails and texts. Personally, I don’t think the cheap outfits are worth having to pay a company to scrub your info offline. I would never recommend this to anyone and won’t be shopping from here again.

Don’t even download the app
I ordered the “GIADA MINI DRESS MINT GREEN” and was so excited because it looked so cute online. Sadly, it was a huge disappointment. The material felt rough and cheap—almost like sandpaper. When I tried it on, the stomach area has like poles or something along the lines of that, stucking out awkwardly and the ties did nothing for the fit. To make it worse, they only offer store credit, so no refunds. Honestly, don’t waste your time or money!

Not worth the price at all
These clothing items are over a hundred dollars and are comparable to SHEIN. From material to packaging. They also keep your money when you try to make a return. Don’t shop here

I almost never write reviews but this was an awful experience. The clothes are far over priced for their awful quality. They have a weird fit and ok that’s whatever because typically you can return something for a refund right? Wrong. All you can return for is store credit and the deduct the shipping cost. Now I’m stuck with store credit when I want nothing else from here.

I can’t scroll for more than 5 minutes without the app knocking me out of place . I told them about the issue and it hasn’t been resolved . They’re losing out on easy money but how am I suppose to buy anything if it keeps glitching ! The older app that catered to UK never had this problem.

this is my first time writing a review, as i'm an 18 year old girl. i was just looking for some cute dresses for my senior spring break trip and bought 3 all costing around 100 each. they come in and all fit absolutely horribly. proportions were just so off. one had a slit that was supposed to be on the side but literally revealed half of my booty cheek (not in a cute way. like at all.) the material was cheap and see through on the white dress. everything was just SO unflattering. THEN after pouring my whole shopping budget into this place, now stressed about finding other clothes, i go to return the items and there is a no return policy. they will only give back money in store credit and only once it arrives to their warehouse. so now i can't get my money back or even get store credit in time to place an order before my trip. such a waste of my time and money.

Read their policy before you buy anything from this company. They do not offer full refunds back to your card. They will only issue you a store credit minus the shipping fee for returns. This clothing company is untrustworthy and I would never recommend it to anyone. I am so disappointed in their clothing, it’s cheap quality and overpriced and now I’m stuck with this garbage. I want nothing else from them, I just want my money back to my card like many other great companies offer. Trash 🗑️

For the longest time I wondered why outcast didn’t have an app. Today I got a notification about a dress I’ve been waiting for and lo and behold, they have the app! Super easy to place an order, love it!
App is good few glitches
Does not show shipping information when you click on the tab. It just remain blank. Other than that app is easy. Wish the models had size descriptions for the items that they’re wearing.
