Horrible
Love the clothes but the app is unusable. It's so laggy that you can't perform any basic functions.
App could use some work
clothing range is so unique and fun. however some product quality is lacking for the price you pay. the website is so slow which is why i opted to download their app instead thinking it would run faster but turns out the app is even slower. i thought that maybe it was a phone issue so i tried using it on my macbook and it was still taking forever to load. please fix this !!

Constantly lagging
The website and the app is soooo laggy. I don’t know if it’s like this for anyone else? It starts off okay but the longer you scroll the more it lags.

Outfits
Loooove these outfits, I’m a petite girly and the xxs works well for me :). Would love to see some outfits modelled on petite girls with smaller breast though to gage how it will look on me :) but overall LOVE outcast. The app needs fixing though, while going through the clothes, it refresh the page for no reason and I lost my spot AND it rearranges the clothes order so I can’t go back to page 4/5/6 😕

Beautiful dresses. Poor app
So many good dresses I would love to see but I can’t because if I scroll too fast it resets back to the top and I have to scroll all over again. Turning a 5 minute scroll into a 25 minute one. Very Annoying
App needs tweaking
Clothes are stunning. However, after roughly 60 products the page refreshes and clears filter! Which is extremely annoying
confused
personally i’m not sure if it has happened for anyone else but it won’t load past the first screen or page when you open the application. Doesn’t let me view anything except the front page. Sat down for 8 minutes just waiting to get to the next screen and it still never changed. Maybe it’s just a bug but i’ve heard great things about their clothing so i’m not sure what’s happening. be cautious when downloading!

Most stand-out, unique, thoughtful and beautifully designed pieces every single time I visit their website, this is my go-to brand for festivals.
Login doesnt work
The app works well, the only downfall I’ve noticed it doesn’t seem to work with my account login which is unfortunate.

Needs some work done
App works okay, but there definitely some work that needs to be done. For example, I just placed my very first order to be delivered to me, and I am in the U.S., but when I went to go click on this order under “My Orders”, I got a pop up notification asking me if I want to stay on the Canada version of the site, or switch to the U.S. I thought I had already been on the U.S. one because the prices were in USD and I entered my address and all. However, after I chose the option to switch to the U.S. site, whenever I go to click on this order, it says the page I’m looking for does not exist. I now have no way of checking my order status. And if the reason is because I do actually need to switch to the U.S. version somehow (even though I already pressed a button to), there is no option to even double check or anything.
Thankfully, I got an email confirmation, however it’s frustrating that I cannot check my email order status from the app. Besides this, it works good enough…

Return system is horrible
Love the clothes you just better hope you don’t need to return anything I send a return in 3weeks ago and have heard nothing no email confirmations nothing
I’ve emailed the team and and still had no communication back
If you are looking to buy off this website for any type of advent I would not recommend because if the outfit ends up not being for you

No filters
I would love this app so much more if I can simply filter by size and color so I’m not wasting time going through the whole website 😫😫😫😫
Everything About This Company is Perfect
I have been shopping with outcast for awhile now all the clothes I’ve ever ordered have always shown me time and time again why i shop here .The quality is just spectacular🥰.
The customer service don’t get me started on, i had to return an item (first time for everything hehe) and the customer service is so genuine when it comes to situations they just know how to fix it and make sure the customer is happy.

Terrible service
Not only do they not do any refunds for returning an item but they charge you more than the shipping cost for the return label. Try to scam money out of you at every opportunity.
