DOES NOT WORK
App opens. Asks me to scan the room’s QR code. I did that, got a brief blue spinning wheel, and then was back on the exact same screen asking me to scan the room’s QR code. There are no other menus or options. Useless.

The app asks you to scan your room with no further instructions. Unable to use it and very frustrating
App Works Great
I got this app at the hotel after they strongly encouraged I get it. I see a lot of people complaining about the scan into room thing, but you just need to ask a staff member to do it. Once they got me into the app it was so helpful to see the activity schedule, in room dining menu, and where everything is. This app truly elevated our vacation experience. Just ask a staff member to do the initial sign in!

Scan your room doesn’t work
Just shows white rounded rectangle. I made sure the camera access was enabled, and completely closed and reopened the app. App is useless without this.
