What's New in Overload

1.2.0

August 19, 2026

See your true strength trend Your chart can now plot estimated 1RM alongside raw weight. Because it accounts for reps, it catches progress that weight alone hides — and flags the sessions where you lifted heavier but actually got weaker. Back up your training history Export every exercise and set to a single file you own, and restore it any time. Restoring only fills in what's missing, so it never overwrites or deletes what's already there. Also in this release • Reps now appear next to the weight everywhere you pick an exercise • Logging the same exercise twice in a day updates that entry instead of creating a duplicate • Weights in kg now land on numbers you can actually load • Redesigned menu with backup, library and settings in one scrolling list Fixes • Fixed a crash when entering a very long weight • Apple Health no longer shows as on if you declined the permission prompt • Sets logged on Apple Watch can no longer be lost, or saved twice • The new-PR celebration now appears on Apple Watch • Cancelling exercise settings now properly discards colour changes • CSV exports are named per exercise and include estimated 1RM • Faster charts and history for exercises with a long training log
